Mandatory Union Representation in Bank Promotion Agreements
Under Law No. 4688, Prime Ministry Circular 2007/21, and Decree No. 375, unions whose membership exceeds 10% of staff are entitled to send a representative to bank promotion negotiations. Protocols concluded without this representation can be annulled by court ruling.
