Kültür Emek-Sen is a fully independent, democratic union covering all workers in cultural and arts institutions.
Artists, technicians, and administrative staff working at State Theatres, State Opera and Ballet, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, and other public cultural institutions can organise through our union.
