Kültür Emek-Sen is the fully independent democratic class union organising in Türkiye's culture and arts sector. Founded in 2019, we defend the rights of cultural workers in state theatres, opera and ballet, symphony orchestras, museums, libraries, cinema and publishing. We are affiliated with no political party, government or employer.
