I have suffered a rights violation — how quickly will I get a response?
In urgent cases (a disciplinary investigation being opened, suspension from duty, salary deduction), prefer the phone: +90 554 560 36 65. We reply to email applications within 24 hours. Since the defence period in investigations is short, contact us without delay.
Can I make an appointment to meet a union representative in person?
Yes. In-person meetings by appointment are available at our Ankara office. State your request by email; we will call you to arrange a suitable day and time. In other provinces, meetings can be arranged with our local representatives.
Can I request legal counselling or lawyer support?
Kültür Emek-Sen members can use the union legal support line for disciplinary investigations, salary disputes and appointment objections. To request a lawyer, send our request form to iletisim@kulturemeksen.org.tr; you will be directed according to the matter.
I am not a member but I have a problem — can I still reach out?
Yes, we also provide information to culture workers who are not members. Detailed legal support and representation services are prioritised for members, but you can contact us with general questions.
Will I get a response if I message you on social media?
Social media messages are checked regularly, but email should be preferred for official applications. For confidential matters (discipline, personnel rights), always use email or phone.
