Our Union Filed a Case at the Danıştay Over Underpaid Across-the-Board Wage Increases for Artists

Kültür Emekçileri Sendikası has filed a case at the Danıştay (Council of State) regarding the across-the-board wage increase entitlements that were underpaid to artists working in cultural and artistic institutions.

It was established that a portion of the across-the-board wage increases set under the collective agreement had not been paid to artists. The union's legal team submitted the necessary applications and initiated the judicial process.

Should our case conclude favorably, artists will receive the arrears to which they are entitled. We will continue to share every stage of the process with our members.
