The Extraordinary General Assembly
Central Executive Board convened to evaluate the matter of convening an Extraordinary General Assembly with the agenda of joining an umbrella organization/confederation, in accordance with Article 15 of our bylaws.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Our Central Executive Board convened to consider calling an extraordinary general assembly, under Article 15 of our statute, with the agenda of joining a higher body/confederation. As a result of the deliberations at the meeting, it was decided:
To call an Extraordinary General Assembly with the agenda of joining a higher body/confederation; To hold the Extraordinary General Assembly on Monday, 13 April 2026 at 10:00, at İçel Sokak 3/8, Kızılay, Ankara; and, should a quorum not be reached at this first meeting, to hold the second meeting on Tuesday, 14 April 2026 at the same address and time;
To announce the meeting agenda as: 1- Opening and roll call
2- Formation of the assembly presidium
3- Moment of silence and the National Anthem
4- Vote on the decision to join a higher body/confederation
5- Wishes and proposals
6- Closing
and to notify the members accordingly.
