Contracted artists who were promised permanent positions are experiencing anxiety due to examination and probation conditions.
Artists who were promised permanent positions while serving under contracted status have found themselves in a state of serious anxiety as uncertainties in the process have mounted.
It is argued that the examination and probation requirements prescribed for the transition to permanent positions conflict with existing legal regulations. Artists consider it unjust that they are to be subjected to examinations again after years of service.
The Cultural Workers' Union will continue to closely monitor this process, keep its members informed, and defend their rights.
