We Met with Devlet Tiyatroları Director General Tamer Karadağlı

As the Kültür Emekçileri Sendikası executive board, we held a meeting with Devlet Tiyatroları Director General Tamer Karadağlı.

During the meeting, the issues facing artists and technical staff employed by Devlet Tiyatroları were addressed. Demands for permanent positions, wage arrangements, improved working conditions, and trade union rights topped the agenda.

Director General Karadağlı adopted a constructive stance regarding the employees' concerns. As a union, we hope this meeting will pave the way for concrete steps in favor of the workers. Our monitoring and follow-up process will continue.
