A Painful Loss

We have learned with great sorrow of the passing of Ms. Yeşim Gökalp, Soloist Artist of the İzmir State Symphony Orchestra.

The late Piano Artist Ms. Yeşim Gökalp was also the sister of Ms. Demet Gökalp, Director of the Ankara State Opera and Ballet and cellist. We extend our deepest condolences to her departed soul, and offer our patience and heartfelt sympathies to her family and to the entire arts community.
