Happy International Working Women's Day, March 8

Working women continue to raise their voices not only in physical spaces but also against the pressures of an increasingly digitalized working life.
Dear Women Workers, Fellow Comrades in Struggle,
Today, we salute that unshakeable will which women — who have created the world through their labor in every era of history — have raised against exploitation and inequality, and we extend this greeting to our entire family. We greet March 8 not merely as a day of commemoration, but as a day of resistance across a vast arena stretching from factories to offices, from fields to digital platforms, where we cry out the slogan: "Equal pay for equal work, a secure future."
The past year has been a period in which the heaviest burden of economic hardship was once again placed on the shoulders of women — a time when poverty became "feminized." Yet we know this: the will of women who refuse to pay the price for crises, who demand an accounting for their invisible domestic labor, and who stand at the very front lines of union organizing, is powerful enough to dispel every darkness.
Our Struggle Knows No Borders!
Today, as women workers, we raise our voices not only in physical spaces but also against the pressure of being "reachable at all times" that the digitalization of working life brings, and against the insecurity imposed under the guise of flexible working models.
The "care burden" of women caught between home and work is not a favor — it is a public responsibility. We will reclaim all our demands — from neighborhood nurseries to workplace nurseries, from elderly care centers to paid parental leave — not as a favor, but as a right.
We will not allow laws against psychological harassment (mobbing) and violence in the workplace to remain on paper alone. In the spirit of ILO Convention No. 190, we will tighten our union oversight to build a workplace free of violence.
At every point where meritocracy has been replaced by favoritism, we stand against the exclusion of women from management positions. Increasing the representation of women in decision-making mechanisms is not merely a matter of quotas — it is a struggle for democracy.
Solidarity Sustains, Organization Strengthens!
While our union continues its legal pursuit in cases of femicide, it will press on without pause with education and organizing efforts to eradicate gender-based discrimination in working life. We know that we are each other's remedy. The voice of a woman wronged in one workplace is the shared cry of all women.
This March 8, our demands are clear: Secure employment, a life free of violence, and fair distribution! We will build with our own hands a world where our labor is not exploited, our identity is not suppressed, and we walk the streets without fear.
Long Live Women's Solidarity! Long Live March 8!
