As Kültür Emek-Sen, on this honorable path we have embarked upon under the motto of “fully independent and democratic class-based trade unionism,” we draw our greatest strength from your unique solidarity. From theater stages to film sets, from orchestra pits to archive rooms, protecting the rights of you—the invaluable workers who enlighten society and breathe life into culture and the arts—is our fundamental reason for existence.

With our unwavering belief that we can only build the future through our collective labor, we continue to stand alongside you, tirelessly advocating for workers’ rights in art institutions, libraries, and museums across the country.

We are determined to stand shoulder to shoulder to secure the true value of our labor and create a secure working environment, without yielding to any injustice, lack of merit, or double standards in the arts. We know that the light of the stages, the wisdom of libraries, and the historical memory of museums can only endure if cultural workers are given the value they deserve.
