Kültür Emek-Sen (Culture and Arts Workers' Union), founded in 2019, is a fully independent democratic class union organized in Turkey's culture branch (branch no. 6). It organizes public employees working in state theatres, opera and ballet, museums, libraries, cinema and publishing, and operates under Law No. 4688 on Public Servants' Trade Unions and Collective Agreements. It is not affiliated with any political party, government or confederation. Headquartered in Ankara, it has 500 members as of July 2026.
